Refund Policy

In only the case of an unforeseen event/ circumstance where the athlete is deemed to be unable to physically continue with their athletic training program with XCELL SPORTS SCIENCE, a request can be made to defer and/or obtain a credit for their athletic training program.

Once payments are made, they are final and no refunds will be given, only credit to the value of the remainder of their athletic training program.

All credits need to be used within 12 months of being approved. After 12 months, the athlete’s credit will be expired and another athletic training program is to be purchased if they wish to train with XCELL SPORTS SCIENCE.

**PLEASE NOTE**
For all requests to defer and/or obtain a credit for an athletic training program with XCELL SPORTS SCIENCE an email is to be sent to xcellsportscience@outlook.com, and they must be received at least 48hours before next payment is due (Applies to direct debit). If received within 48houurs where a payment is due that payment will still need to be made before the direct debit is cancelled.

XCELL SPORTS SCIENCE reserves the right to decline or accept defers and/ or credits for athletic training programs
